I have been living at Gayoso House for 7yrs, one of the most beautiful locations in the downtown Memphis area. The new changes and the renovation are beautiful. Love it!!

As a new person to Memphis, this was an amazing find. The building was cool looking and it is in the middle of everything I could ever need. The apartment was loaded with everything I could want or need. The staff was beyond helpful and professional. The residents made me feel like I had instant friends. If you are moving here or looking for a new place, you will want to lease at the Gayoso House!!
